We recently serviced a downstairs gas package heating system in Wake Forest, NC. The issue was a seized inducer exhaust motor that prevented the system from starting, resulting in no heat. After inspecting the unit, we found that the motor frame bolts had come loose, causing the wheel to make contact with the housing. Our technician carefully tightened all bolts and conducted a full test to ensure proper functionality. Now, the heating system is back up and running smoothly, ready to keep the home warm this season.
